- The Assignment
Identify and define a realistic candidate profile based on the position and market potential.
- Search
Develop and implement a strategy using a variety of search techniques.
- Interview
After the initial screening process, selected candidates will be invited to our facility for an
in-depth interview and assessment.
- Presentation
Upon completion of the interview we will present the short listed candidates at either the client’s facilities or our own.
- Selection
Once the selection has been determined, we will provide a complete employment reference check. The client may also request that a personality profile be completed.
